What can I expect the day of service?

  • Your technician will arrive, set up, and immediately begin. If you are home, feel free to come out, say hello, and discuss any specifics before getting started. Out of respect for our work-from-home friends, our standard is to not ring doorbells or knock during the 9:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m. time frame. You may hear a humming sound from our equipment, but it should not be disruptive from inside the home.

  • We need to park at the end of the driveway or along your street as close to your home as possible.

  • Please remove vehicles, toys, furniture, decorations, flowerpots, etc., from any area scheduled to be cleaned. Should anything be left on the surface, the technicians are instructed to clean around it. Please note: if you have any decorations on your front door, we will not clean your door. We love decorations and don't want to mess them up.

  • We love plants and flowers! As a standard practice, all landscape is gently sprayed with water before and after the exterior wash. 

  • After your wash try to remain off the surface (driving or muddy shoes) until it is completely dry. Also, the cleaning solution smell should be gone within 12 hours.

How do I pay?

  • Payment is due same day as service. An invoice will be distributed via text or email. To pay by credit card follow the link on the invoice. To pay by cash or check, make check payable to Southern Charm Pressure Washing, Inc. and give directly to the technician. All major credit cards are accepted.

I don’t like my home and name broadcasted on social media. What steps do you take to respect my privacy?

  • For marketing and training purposes, we often take before and after pictures. For your safety and privacy, we mindfully exclude/remove/blur all personal information including:

    • Last name

    • Address

    • Vehicles and license plates 

    • Decorations with initials or family name
